Get yourself waxed. The results will last long enough to make it worthwhile. You could also use nair, but I find that stuff doesn't work and dries out my skin.

I would suggest getting your legs waxed. That way your not just merely shaving the tops of the hairs leaving stubble, but your completely removing the hair from the root. Your legs will stay smooth way longer even in the cold. I would also suggest going to a professional place to get them waxed too, so you can make sure your legs are evenly smooth and it's much faster and cleaner than doing it yourself. I have had this problem before and I completely understand. One thing I can recommend, though you shouldn't do this very often because it isn't great for your skin, is to get some hair removal product like Nair or Veet and leave it on half the time and then get in the shower and get it wet (but not rinse it off) and shave it off. This worked really well for me. However if your skin is sensitive I wouldn't try this because it could cause worse razor burn. If you had more time I would suggest waxing, but the hair has to be a certain length.
that happens to every one! the only way to stop it is if your nair or you keep your legs warm...and the hair isnt growing its just sticking out of the hair follicle more...
I don't think cold bumps speeds up hair growth it just feels it. Try hair removal cream, waxing or epilating instead.

I honestly dont know, however, I wouldn't doubt it for a second. And hunny...If your' hair being affected by your constant smoking is your' biggest problem, then you have another thing coming to you in oh..about 30 or 40 years depending on your age and when you actually started smoking (just a ';guesstimate';). I think cancer and emphyzima are a little more worrysome than your hair not growing. But im not against people smoking really..and i know how hard it can be to stop. I just want to make sure you know that you have probably around a 90% chance of getting cancer or something else at this rate by the time your 60. Yes smoking does create a lot of nasty side effects that we don't often hear about. And as a former smoker, I can say, everything about you will feel and look healthier once you quit. For one thing smoking is dehydrating, and I do beleive it hinders your supply of vitamins and minerals, that's why they say as a smoker you should take extra vitamin C. How are your finger nails? Dry, weak, brittle? I quit smoking cold turkey after about 10 years, never used any patch or gum, just told myself I did'nt want to be prematurley wrinkled and have one of those nasty female smoker voices. Dont mean to offend, but that was my biggest motivator! And there are special herbal remedies to help balance out your system and regrow hair, which you might want to do in addition to giving up that way nasty habbit. Good luck, you can do it!!!
