it slows hair growth and eventually kills you quit plzzzzzzzzzzzz for yourself and others healthDoes smoking cigarettes prevent hair growth?
No, but if you increase your usage it will help you do your part to save Social Security from collapse.
No.

Hair growth is mainly genetic...not affected by things like smoking.

It can affect your hair health, but mainly after smoking for years%26amp;%26amp;years.

Just keep doing what you normally do (shampoo condition style) your hair should be fine.
rofl no
yes and you get lung cancer, emphysima, etc. so i suggest you stop before you end up a bald dead guy.
Yes it does becuz there is a chemical (i forgot what its called) found in cigarettes that is also found in hair removal products. so it makes u lose hair and if continue 2 smoke the way that u do u will eventually end up bald
Hmmmmm not sure about hair growth, BUT it will kill you eventually.

So therefore, yes it will prevent hair growth after a certain point!

Have a nice dayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
it does dehydrate you, and take away nutrients, but i smoke, and my hair grows fast. Don't know what to tell you, but if you want to smoke, it's your perogative. since everyone is toting about stop smoking, i thought i would put my sense in from a smokers point of view. screw all of you. (middle finger up)
Nope.
No - a lot of people would be bald
I honestly dont know, however, I wouldn't doubt it for a second. And hunny...If your' hair being affected by your constant smoking is your' biggest problem, then you have another thing coming to you in oh..about 30 or 40 years depending on your age and when you actually started smoking (just a ';guesstimate';). I think cancer and emphyzima are a little more worrysome than your hair not growing. But im not against people smoking really..and i know how hard it can be to stop. I just want to make sure you know that you have probably around a 90% chance of getting cancer or something else at this rate by the time your 60. And you will most deffinatly die a much earlier age than the average life expectancy in..where-ever it is you live. Good luck and I hope this helps. (probably gonna get thumbs down for this lol)
im 13 and i reall want to tell to please stop smoking.

u can get cancer

u can die from cancer

people around u can die from the secodhand smoke that u r causing!

if u stop u will be happier than ever

people who u love and cherish ur beauty will be happier

and there will be one less person in the world who doesnt smoke :)
Yes smoking does create a lot of nasty side effects that we don't often hear about. And as a former smoker, I can say, everything about you will feel and look healthier once you quit. For one thing smoking is dehydrating, and I do beleive it hinders your supply of vitamins and minerals, that's why they say as a smoker you should take extra vitamin C. How are your finger nails? Dry, weak, brittle? I quit smoking cold turkey after about 10 years, never used any patch or gum, just told myself I did'nt want to be prematurley wrinkled and have one of those nasty female smoker voices. Dont mean to offend, but that was my biggest motivator! And there are special herbal remedies to help balance out your system and regrow hair, which you might want to do in addition to giving up that way nasty habbit. Good luck, you can do it!!!
haha. actually smoking:

makes your TOUNG GROW HAIR.

and its a TRUE fact.
I have heard the opposite. It seems smoking upsets hormonal patterns in some women and can cause hirsuitism (unnecessary hair growth on face, back and abdomen).
Cigarettes are bad for your overall health, which can include hair growth/quality, and skin health. All of the toxins in your body from the cigarettes can interfere with how your body works. The way to go is to quit smoking. If you quit smoking it detoxifies your body and your overall health should improve. Good Luck!
smoking is just not good. leave it alone.
I was reading an article recently that said the main reasons people have unhealthy hair is due to 1. Poor diet 2. Smoking 3.too much caffeine I have seen it damage mine in the past and also never seemed to grow so I belive it is true..Unfortunately
